This experiential workshop will review the history and therapeutic value of Past-Life Regression Therapy (PRT). Whether you believe in reincarnation as a literal or a symbolic phenomenon, PRT has the dramatic power to heal and transform lives. Participants will learn how to unlock the secrets of their innermost memories-the often self-destructive cycles that are repeated life after life- to overcome insecurities, depression, guilt, inhibition, family dysfunction, and physical illnesses that they have inherited from their past lives. At the conclusion of the lecture portion of the workshop, attendees will participate in a group past-life regression experience. Please bring a pillow and blanket.
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- - Give a definition of hypnosis.
- - List at least 2 common misconceptions regarding hypnosis.
- - Understand the difference between the conscious and subconscious mind.
- - Identify the participant's dominant senses.
- - List at least 3 ways in which Past Life Regression Therapy can be therapeutic.
- - Describe 3 ways in which Past Life memories can come to us.
- - List at least 3 somatic effects that can occur during Past Life Regression.
- - Discuss fantasy versus memory as it relates to Past Life Regression.
Jeanne Lyons has more than 25 years experience in the Health Care Field. She has specialized training in Past-Life Regression Therapy from Brian L. Weiss, M.D. author of "Many Lives, Many Masters." Ms. Lyons is a Clinical Hypnotherapist certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.
