Fall is almost upon us and we will be gathering to celebrate the sun moving into Libra. It is a wonderful opportunity to attune to the stillness and equilibrium in Nature.
If the pool is above 86 (we hope), we will do some yoga in the pool surrounded by candles but if it is cooler, the yoga will be on land. It will be suitable for all levels. After the simple hatha we will gather and chant and meditate together and have a small ritual to welcome this equinox.
