Through the unique and holistic practice of Heart Yoga Poses, Breath Work and Meditation, we experience the deep cleansing of the 4-body systems, (emotional, mental, physical and spiritual) allowing the meridians and other channels to open to receive the increased amount of Life force and other vital energies.

After the opening of the Chakras and Energy Channels the energy activation will be facilitated by Rev. Mayu. Our energy bodies are ready to receive High Frequency Energies channeled by various Archangelic Leagues of Light and Ascended Masters from Higher Realms of Existence. A greater sense of being centered, our individual spiritual paths, and freedom from past negative energies will be generally experienced.

What is Ascension ?

Ascension is a shift of focus mainly in two areas:

1) Our consciousness from old ways to new ways of Unity, Harmony, Peace, Compassion, and Spiritual Understanding etc.

2) Vibratory frequency in our 4- body- system and beyond.

Why now ?

We are in  an auspicious cosmic time frame, as our Planet Earth is moving more and more into total alignment with our Sun in the Solar System and with the center of our Galaxy, the Milky Way. As the Celestial bodies move in such grander calibration to this event, the windows of opportunities are here for us, in which, the influx of higher vibratory energy from all the Legions of the Light and the Archangelic Realms and Higher DImensions reaches the Earth and Humanity. Workshop Schedule:

~ Opening energy clearing of your auric field and chakras by Mayu with Archangelic and Cosmic Light frequencies,  in order to create much clearer space  in the preparation for the class.

~ Lightwork Meditations where you learn the basic tools to clear the energy channels, auric field, and chakras and so forth, so that your channels can welcome higher frequency with ease and joy.  Later more tools to clear old patterns and programmings will be introduced. ~ High Frequency Energy attunements from the various Archangelic Leagues of Light from Higher Dimensions by Mayu being guided in harmony with the group energy of the class.

~ Crystalline Grid transmission.  Crystalline Grid is an elaborate geometric grid around the Earth which links all the crystals in the Earth and across major portals, vortexes, and dimensional doorways.  By consciously connecting to this grid, you become stronger receivers and transmitters of this ascension energy, opening you up to the higher potential.  As you learn to connect to this matrix, further transmission from some Ascended Masters will be channeled through Mayu to this matrix.
